If I wanted to see people from my high school grinding with middle-aged divorcees....well I just wouldn't. Never again.

I got dragged out of this bar while trying to sign my bill because some drunk idiot was trying to pick a fight with me. I didn't do or say anything wrong. No one asked me anything about it. I literally got dragged out by my throat for NO REASON. I've been in the service industry for several years. I will never come back here again, and I strongly recommend no one else does either. This place is awful.

Took 15 min to take drink order. Another 10 to 2 get them. Waitress was rude, and ditzy. Took 35 after drnk wait get food. Since when are 3 ribs a half a rack? Weird spice on the only steak item which was an appetizer. Only thing good was the Goobler burger. Will.not come again.

Excellent food, drinks & customer service. Kelsey is Atop the list of kind and attentive waitresses. 11AM TO 12 Noon. They have $2 wings & Burgers $3 Bloody Mary's & select $2 brewskis. Breakfast menu from 10-3. I went for the $8.99 all U can eat breakfast. Get here early to avoid the wait.

Good food. Great atmosphere! At Wild Bills you can enjoy a nice circular bar inside or outside. Great fireplace outside too and nice location in Maple Grove. Great balance of college students but not too rowdy for families. Overall a really good experience!

Ate here with my family tonight on our way home from the Vikings Game. We enjoyed a few buckets of peanuts while ordering and waiting for food. I thought it was pretty reasonably priced for the amount of food we got. We ordered chicken tenders with fries, 1/2 rack of ribs with chicken tenders and sweet potato fries, 1/2 rack of ribs with rotisserie chicken and waffle fries, and the brisket with onion rings. We were happy overall, and very full. The only negative thing was getting charged .50 for dipping sauces for the chicken tenders...wouldn't you think sauce would be included in the price for them? Especially when all other entrees weren't charged for sauce. The waitress was nice, but I felt like we didn't see a whole lot of her because she seemed very busy with a large amount of tables. All in all, it was a good experience and everyone left very full.

Five stars for fast service, friendly greeters and waiters, managers who care and food that exceeds expections. Lunch time $5 burgers are a great deal for the kids and the cowboy nachos are why we go to Wild Bills. If you like sweet potatoe fries, bbq shredded pork and tangy coleslaw, you will love the cowboy nachos. The place is large and spacious. Booths are big and the sode glasses are huge. For the money, this is the place to dine at if you are near a Wild Bills. We have been to both the Maple Grove and the Blaine locations. Very postive experiences. For this type of restaurant, it is as good as it gets.

Most watered down drinks in Maple Grove. I thought it might have been the bartender, but we've visited here 3 times now and every time the drinks were lame. $5.50 for a non-alcoholic drink.

This place is terrible. Went at 11:30 am on a Saturday and there wasn't a lot of people there. (no wonder) Out waitress wasn't very attentive. It seemed like she cared more about talking about her night out last night then asking if we needed a refill on our water or drinks. I ordered an appetizer that I wanted as a meal and the others at the table ordered a wrap and the chicken tenders. About 2 minutes before the other food arrived, I was informed that they were out of the pot roast sliders. AT 11:30am ON A SATURDAY?! That just means that your cooks are slow at prepping or forgot to thaw some of the bagged pot roast in the bag. (I'm pretty sure a place like this wouldn't put the effort into actually making the pot roast) So I chose a side salad which was horrible as well. Ranch dressing was gross. I tried my wife's wrap which had no flavor and the lettuce was wilting already. They must have made it when the order was put in and let it sit under the heat lamps until the rest of the order was ready. It was gross, she couldn't even eat half of it. My brother-in-law got the chicken tenders. Now how in the world do you screw up chicken tenders? They really tasted like just bland chicken and bread crumbs. No seasoning, not one speck of pepper was in the breading. I'm pretty sure they just rolled it in plain corn meal and threw it in the fryer. Disgusting! What a waste of money! If they didn't have the bar as their main attraction at night, this place would have surely closed by now based on the crap the kitchen is putting out. The impression this place made on me was bland, gross food in an establishment that doesn't give a sh*t. Same classless joints like Toby Keiths, Applebee's, Chili's etc. Better to spend your money elsewhere.

One of my favorite lunch joints. Nobody offers a $5.00 burger and fry basket anymore. I have never been anything but completely satisfied with this place.

I liked it. I ordered the Sea Horse, which is a cod sandwich, and I substituted the fries for baked beans. I must say the baked beans were the highlight of the meal. They were great! The cod sandwich was pretty good. I'd order it again. Wild Bill's has a limited drink selection. There's not much you can order so I opted for the New Castle Brown Ale with my meal. I would honestly go to Famous Dave's though next time, but the baked beans here are hard to beat.

The service was good, but I thought that the food was very greasy and unhealthy. The onion rings ( never a health food) are as fat as donuts and dripping with grease. I woke up at 2 am and was extremely Ill. Never again. I agree with another reviewer that I don't like to drink out of Mason jars. And the place is a mess with wobbly stick tables and broken chairs. Can you tell that I didn't like the place one.little.bit??

Would you believe that the general manager of this restaurant said that they got a hold of me when in fact they did not. They did send me an email saying that someone would get back to me and as of this date no one has gotten back to me. This goes hand-in-hand with the quality of service that was given to me when I visited the restaurant. Again no one has gotten back to me even though they posted that they did get back to me. Visit this place if you would like but I would steer clear.

Not much to say about this place that hasn't aleady been said so I will keep it simple and short. 1. So so service. 2. I do not like drinking out of Mason Jars. 3. My wife's food was warm...barely 4. How the heck can somebody make a poorly tasting hamburger? Been here twice. Both times were bad. No 3rd chance here. Malones is across the street now.

Food is always good, but the service was literally awful. We sat for about 15 min before the waitress brought us menus(after I called her myself). She was just wandering around most of the night and it was literally one of the worst experiences I've had at a restaurant. I've been to the Rochester Wild Bill and that was great! Maple Grove definitely needs to train their staff. Very bad experience.

Friends saved us a spot on the ever popular patio here. It was a million degrees out, so it would have been nice to get a cold drink right away. The young servers here were slow and seemed either overworked or annoyed to be working that day. We only had two drinks and went down the road for more and dinner. This place did not impress me enough to return. In all fairness though, I never even went inside or was offered to see a menu.

We went for Sunday brunch; they had decent food and drink specials. The food was good, if you do the brunch the french toast is the best menu item they have. Service was slow for only being somewhat busy. The restaurant and bar area was only about half full. Servers were friendly, just slow, waiting on refills and whatnot.

went for 50 cent boneless wings. Great wings! Better than Bdubbs for sure! Small but friendly atmosphere.

Look, this is a sports bar with an old west theme. You should know what you're getting yourself into before you go in. It's not a dive bar, but it's only about a step up from that. And that's not necessarily a bad thing. I've been in a few times. Monday nights ALL of their burgers are 5 bucks. And they are pretty dang good. They also have pretty good beer specials, although not a ton of beer choices on tap which, for a sports bar, is admittedly a little disappointing. But hey, beer is beer and I won't complain about that. I've had really good service bellied up to the bar. Sitting at a table I've only had so-so service at best. You can tell this is the type of place where all the co-workers hook up with each other. Dining there feels a bit like you're intruding on their personal time with each other. Almost like a coed frat or sorority of Wild Bill's employees. And you, the patron, are the nerdy kid who's not invited to the party. You can also tell that this is a townie bar. I've seen 20-somethings wearing their Osseo or Maple Grove letter jackets. You've got to hang those up permanently when you graduate, everybody knows that. Or at least until you're 30 years old and drunk at your own house party. Not that I've ever done that... They do have pull tabs. This doesn't interest me, but may interest you. In summary - good place to drink. Don't have high expectations.

Dare I say the 5 star review was written by a manager? I stopped in here a month or so after they opened for a burger and a beer, maybe watch a little football. Beer was OK but seeing how they had a special on domestic tap beers but Linenkugel was not on the special list, my reply "It's made by Miller for god sakes, you don't get more domestic than that". Oh well, move on. They are supposed to be known for the burgers and the burger was very average, a little bland actually. Fries were OK, nothing great. Now none of this surprised me. This is another suburbs lame ass restaurant that is trying something new, country bar, sure that's new! You can throw peanuts on the floor! Add the male bartender that was flexing every time he came over to see if I needed anything and the trip is complete. Rainforest cafe anyone! KT

maybe i was wrong on my last visit here, but this place is great..... burgers are great and you got to try their shrimp!!!!! ....and don't forget mixed drinks!!!!! and it's great place to be with friends over, no matter what's the occasion!!!!!!

The positive was it was open and across the street from the hotel. Everything else pretty much sucked about this place. Bad beer selection. Terrible service. Dirty. Definitely not worth going to.

Why the hell didn't I learn my lesson with the Blaine location..? To say that the service was slow would be putting it mildly. We were instructed to sit down at a table very near the bar, so near in fact I could talk to the bartender while we were waiting which I did. THIS Wild Bills was actually willing to serve me alcohol so after the first ten minutes of not getting a waitress to bring me a cocktail OR a menu, I just ordered it from the bartender. My friends and I sat at the table and continued to order cocktails directly from the bar until we hit the half hour mark of still not having seen our server. FINALLY a waitress that had literally walked by our table to the bar to order shit probably 15 times walked over to our table and asked us why we were seated at the table. REALLY?! Are you seriously asking me why I am seated in your section?! Go ask the fucking hostess that seated us. Well she humphed and hurrahed the whole 3 feet to the bar and back to give us our menu's and when she asked what we'd like to drink I kindly informed her that the bartender had already been serving us drinks. In reply to that she asked me "Would you like to sit at the bar then since you are apparently getting served already?" Ooooooh you snotty beotch. No. I want to sit at the table I was told to sit at when I walked in. I know you are blonde, but there must be a brain up there somewhere! After taking our food order I asked to tab out at the bar, big mistake, not only did we not receive our food (seriously not sure what happened to our order) but after about another half hour I graciously tipped the bartender and walked out. I'd rather get fast food than sit through another experience like this... Another Wild Bills location I can gladly not return to.

I live in Maple Grove. This is one of the newest restaurants/bars in the area. This place has had a lot of business since constructing a quite large patio. At first this was THE place to go in Maple Grove for a late night drink session with your friends. After awhile though it gets pretty old. I see the same people everytime. Typically kids I graduated with from high school. The servers are always the same, and they try to flirt with you to buy a drink. They unbutton their shirts so you can practically see all of it laying out. Some are cute, but whatever. Other than that, if your just in the area and want a cheap lunch and a drink or two this place isn't too bad. It will definitely be okay to take your kids here. After 8pm though, DO NOT GO if you have your kids with you. The scene turns for the tide on weekends after 8 into a club scene. They move the tables out of the way and bring a DJ in from KDWB. I'll admit I used to come here quite a bit when it first opened but after awhile, like I said above, it gets old. If you don't have kids and just want to have a good time (and some decent people watching haha) I would go here after 9pm and get some drinks. If you get bored, there is always Malones across the street where they also offer a nice happy hour and a more "laid back" experience. Read my review about Malones if you are bored. Cheap greasy food. Decent drink specials. Sub par club scene after 9pm-ish on weekends. Convenient location right in the heart of Maple Grove. Hope my review helps!

It was ok...definitely wouldn't be looking to go back. Went on a Sunday for lunch. it was pretty busy and extremely loud. I had the chipotle ranch burger. The burger was enormous but pretty bland. I was also disappointed with the fries. They seemed like the 'ore-ida' frozen kind. We did order some wings and those were pretty good. Our server was good too. This was my first time eating here although Ive been there late at nights a few times. It's pretty much the only place in MG if you're looking to do some dancing to a dj on the weekend. Again, I wouldnt be looking to go back.

The service was horrible. We waited what seemed like forever for a server, then when we ordered another beer, she never brought it. She added it to the bill and had a snotty attitude as if we were wasting her time when we asked her to to fix the bill. Just awful. Food was just so-so; nothing good or exciting. Plenty of other places to go. Disappointing.

Service was great, so this review is not geared to our server by no means... Food was horrible, I had the enchilada, and the tortilla was hard as a rock. could barely cut it with a knife, and the beef inside tasted worse than taco bells. Never going back... I hope our server gets the hell out of that joint cause she deserves better

My experience here has been limited to their weekly $5 burger specials. The place is like a Western-themed Hooters filled with trashy looking waitresses picked up off a New Jersey boardwalk. There are TVs surrounding the whole place tuned to every sports channel you can imagine. If you come for the lunch special, plan on coming early because the place is full with a line out of the door by ten to noon. The burgers are very tasty and satisfying. You will get a full plate meal for $5, which is about the best lunch value around. The service is firmly mediocre. I have not experienced anything egregious like some of the other posters. However, don't expect much hospitality or personality from the staff. They are pretty much good looking robots that will take your order and fill your drinks. We've had a hard time getting an acceptable table for 8. We usually are squeezed into a table that seems more suited for a party of 6. Then again, they are just trying to get as many warm bodies in at a time. They also don't have anywhere to hang your coat up which is a little annoying in this climate.

With so many other restaurants in the area, don't go here! You're better off at panera across the street. No joke. Salads are iceberg lettuce and despite which salad you order everyone gets the same one. What's up with that? Waitress was strange and didn't understand that my salad did not have the ingredients in the description. It was a lost cause.

This place turns into a decent dance club later at night on Fridays! Good music, large dance floor with lights and steam, and they show the music videos on the large screen TV's. If you live in the western suburbs and want to dance this is the place to come! They have inexpensive beers too.

Been here once to eat (so so), and a few times to drink (had fun) . I am more familiar with the late night atmosphere. I think this place is really good for smokers. They have a huge, HEATED patio! Probably a good pick up bar for people in their 20s. Average pop dance music, mostly busy. I liked it.

I don't know why all the bad reviews. Went on a Monday night, aware of the bad reviews, and was disappointed the experience wasn't as disappointing as the reviews here. Had the hottest wings on the menu, would put them between a medium and hot on my scale. Coworker had chicken strips and said the breading made them absolutely delicious and they let you choose wing sauce to dip in. Drinks were good and service prompt and friendly. I don't understand all the hate on here.

There's no way to give zero stars. Food was terrible... how can you screw up nachos?? Well, use that fake-pump-cheese...icky! Sandwiches - I'd rather go to Jimmy John's. Service on a slow Thursday was... Slow. Yuck, go anywhere else!

It was really bad. Went there for happy hour; supposedly $3.00 taps and $3.00 aps. The $3.00 taps only included domestic, which is not specified on the menu. When we ordered MGD, the waiter said they did not have it on tap. I proceeded to tell the waiter that they did in fact carry MGD on tap. He checked and apologized, but informed me that MGD is a "premium" beer and was not included in happy hour (even though all other Miller products are). The $3.00 aps really means $1.00 off aps. The $3.00 applies to aps that cost under $4.00 and therefore are $3.00 (pretty weak). It then took 10 minutes for me to get my check. The waiter never came back to take my card (waiting another 10 minutes), so I handed my card to the nearest employee I could find. It was terrible!

Went to Wild Bills on Ladies Night. Right at 9pm when it started we walked in to get our free drink and went to the bar to order our drinks and we were charged. I asked if we were supposed to get a free drink and the bartender said we needed a ticket. Turns our the people right behind us got them but we didn't. We had to pay for the first round and then when we went to ask why we didn't get a ticket they gave us a hard time and then finally gave us a ticket for a free drink. They must have been distracted by the blonde bimbo with hardly any clothes on serving beer in the front? When we went to put our name down for a table I had to ask how long the wait was because the girl was too busy talking on her phone. She answered "haha I don't know" and then looked at her co-worker and started to laugh. We already had drinks so decided to just wait and see. We finally got seated and ordered. I ordered the boneless buffalo wings and when I got them there was no buffalo sauce on them and they were cold. I asked for sauce and it took our waiter over 20 min to get me the sauce and we sat with no drinks FOREVER. HORRIBLE service and a trashy atmosphere. I come from a tipping industry and I usually overtip....I didn't tip a penny this time because I was so upset. I contacted the manager about the issue and he apologized and said he would send me a gift card if I gave him my info which I did...still to this day (over a year ago) I have not received anything. Bad service, trashy atmosphere and bad management! I will never step foot in this place again.

Just finished dinner here and thought after a year of staying away maybe it would have gotten better!!! Wrong!! So very wrong!!!! Extremely slow service. Order was incorrect, ended up waiting for over 10 min for flatware .... after we had asked so we could eat our food while it was still warm. Asked our server for boxes to being leftovers home and then waiting approximately another 15 min before we had to wave down waitress after husband took Children outside for our bill!!!!

Food is decent, was in town for 6 weeks and always have sat at the bar, nice bar staff but takes awhile to get seen and get your drink. Came on Mother's Day, not that busy, waited for too long too be noticed and to get a drink otherwise not bad!

  • Jenn C.

Had about the worst service possible here the other day. Seated at a high top at the bar, waited over 15 minutes for our server to even come by. Finally ordered drinks, those took another 10 minutes. Wanted to order food and did right away considering the wait for everything else. The food runner was really nice and sweet. She checked back on us once, never offered us waters, we had to ask. We were playing pull tabs and I had a $4 playback on the table sitting and she makes a snarky comment, "ohhh, $4, big money!" So u know what she got for her tip on our $29 tab, that $4 pull tab. The check took nearly 20 minutes to get too. I smoked two cigs and went to the bathroom before she brought it. I'm in the industry and have been for 16 years. So is my friend who I was with. It was just bad. With little to no apologies other than a I'm sorry for the wait on the check at the end. Step up ur game Will Bill's. Cowboy Jacks is 14 times better and they aren't even that great.

I'm not impressed by wild bill's sports saloon. It was my first time there, so I can only judge based on that one experience and food choice. I opted for the nachos and I didn't really enjoy them; there was hardly any cheese or meat. The platter basically consisted of chips topped with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and jalapeños... Not really what I was expecting. Service was okay although slow. Not having nachos there anymore!

We had visited Wild Bill's in Apple Valley and liked playing their Bar Bingo (who doesn't love bar bingo!?) so we decided to try Maple Grove last Saturday. Bingo at the AV location gets really busy so we decided to go about an hour before it started to get a seat. There was a short wait, but we were able to get a few seats at the bar while we waited. Once we got seated we decided to order some appetizers. My expectations weren't really that high since I wasn't a huge fan of the AV location food, but this location's was much better. We ordered the huge pretzel (it's HUGE) and loved it. We also got a margherita flatbread that was really good. Bingo at this location wasn't as organized as AV's. They only had 2 people walking around selling cards and the rounds were called soooooo slow. Bingo ended up running almost 5 hours - way too long! We were ready to head out as soon as it was over. Overall Wild Bill's was a good place to grab appetizers and drinks, but I won't be going back for Bingo.

For business travelers and out of towners, do not go here. The management and bar staff are extremely unfriendly, uninviting and horrible at customer service. 3 of us from a convention stopped here at 8 oclock on a wednesday night, two of us from chicago and one from madison. We gave our drink orders, and stupidly, we physically gave them our IDs instead of showing. In our group is a 30, 27 and 24 year old. After 5 minutes they rudely gave us back two of the 3 IDs and had this incomptent manager explain to us that the third one was being confiscated. You have got to be kidding me and after kindly explaining the situation she put it upon us to call the cops. Why would we call the cops? After putting that responsibility on her, we had to sit and wait 45 minutes for a cop to come!! Officer, extremely fed up, didnt even want to see a second form of ID. This clearly shows how bad of a reputation this place has. So the cop leaves and another 10 minutes until they give it back. The same manager then comes to us, explains that we now have to leave because they dont serve customers who they have police involvement with. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? WE HAVE POLICE INVOLVEMENT CAUSE YOURE INCOMPTENT AS YOU STOLE OUR ID!!! Stay away from this place, there is great service right down the corner at Redstone and Granite City. Extremely rude staff and a manager who clearly does not know what shes doing. Feel bad for the other restaurants around cause people like this leave horrible tastes in your mouth when youre thinking about minneapolis.

This was my first time here. All I can say is it's very entertaining. The music was pretty good they played about of old school hip hop & r&b along with today's hits. Their dance floor was packed. Drinks are a little expensive compared to other restaurant bars I've been to. $12 for a shot of Hennessy! That's crazy. Reminds me of a small local bar where everyone knows everyone. Plenty of parking and they also have an outside patio with fire pit.

I come here a lot for happy hour for the good deals. I usually get the wings (sesame Asian) but Monday's have a deal on burgers so I got one of those. It was tasty and I like the crinkle cut fries. They have pull tabs which can be fun if you win. Saturday's at 1 they have bingo and it can usually be a full house. The winners can win a fair amount of money. Overall I've always had a good experience here and plan on continuing to come here for some good priced food.

The best part about working in the area is to come here over lunch and have the $5 burgers. They are good and filling, and hey, if that doesn't fill ya up, go and grab a bucket of the free peanuts. Their Taco salad isn't bad either.

First the food is marginal, the drinks appear to get smaller as the evening goes on, but when the wait person (female) just never brought my change back...repeatedly. I guess that she does not get tipped enough for her crappy service that she had to steal from me. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

This place was ok. Very friendly service and decent enough food for a quick lunch. The bartender working when I was there wasn't very good though. It was a Sunday morning and I ordered a Mimosa and she said they don't make complicated drinks. Apparently mixing orange juice and champagne is complicated. I had to laugh at that.

Some friends from out of town suggested Wild Bills. Since I had never been I decided to give it a shot. I got some boneless wings with Cajun Ranch sauce. Wild Bills has 4 different sauce labels and the Cajun Ranch fell under the Hot category. I enjoy some heat on my wings so I was not at all happy when the Cajun Ranch packed no kick. The flavor was good but in terms of kick, nothing. If I were to go to Wild Bills again, I would be sure to climb the heat scale and hopefully find a sauce that can deliver a kick.

This place just opened up and is firing on all cylinders! Cowboy themed restaurant that has another location in apple valley. Food was unique to the area and very well executed. The service culture is very 'guest first' oriented. I recommend everyone check it out.

Ick. The two bouncers at the door at 8:30 on a Saturday night were something out of an SNL skit, trading goofy jokes, etc. We just stopped in for a quick drink and were surprised that there was absolutely no where to sit. So, we stood near the bar and quickly found that all the girls around us were wasted. Sweet. We had two drinks and decided to cut our losses and leave. On the way out, we had to fight through groups of bachelorette parties coming in. Not my scene - B Squad crowd.

Don't go for the food, don't go for the service, and definitely don't go for the waitresses. At best, stop for a drink and leave. It's Maple Grove, so it's trailer trash atmosphere (even PIttsburgh Blue is that way in this town, so that shouldn't be a shocker). And don't knock the waitresses for the wrong reason. It's Minnesota, so delusional mediocre fat chicks with attitudes are everywhere, not just here. Unfortunately, that's all you're left with except for the weekends because it's so much of a sausage-fest on the other days that they should have called it Wild Balls. If it's not lunch-time and you want reasonably decent food and service, head downtown Minneapolis where you *might* get away from hicks-in-the-sticks for a while. Otherwise, bag your lunch, eat at home at night, and go to Chicago or other cities where they understand that the world doesn't revolve around a two-mile radius of people who all went to high school together and can't socialize with anyone else.

Not very good. We have been there twice. First had BBQ Pulled Pork sandwiches. Nothing special and had fat and tubular substance in the meat. Fries were good. Second trip we went for wings. The Hot Buffalo wings were not even mildly hot, so we ordered the scorching which were the next level up and they were so hot they weren't edible. They need some improvement there as they don't have such a thing as buffalo wings with a little spice. Funny thing is, there was a sticker on the wings that said mild. So we thought perhaps we received the wrong wings. The manager assured us we got the right order, their wings are not hot and the mild sticker was just a mistake by the cook.

Have been to. This location several times and elected to meet friends there for the superbowl as we have for other football games. Granted we may be on the wrong side of the river as football fans go bit shouldn't affect how you are served or treated as guests and paying customers. During the game we were switched on servers and even closed out the tab to make sure the original server was tipped. The next server was obviously new and had never been a server. Well low and behold one of our party was told he was cut off after five beers and one shot. He was not a driver and is a big guy who was clearly causing no trouble to anyone. Well guess what's next? The server disappeared and no longer offered anyone at the table any beverages. All but one were drinking non alcoholic beverages. So guilt by association is alive and well at this place. Oh boy what's next we were accused of yelling at the server was why we werent being served anymore and now we are asked to leaveor the authorities would be called. This came from the general manger. Needless to say while interested in seeing what would come of the "authorities" we simply left as did many other guests do to the absolute disregard for decency or customer appreciation. I hope all that read this don't waste their time giving any of the locations the chance to ruin their day or evening. While upset, honest the menu is rather boring and the food mediocre at best. Service is well better served at finer establishments for the price. Can't wait for them to haveto close in the Affluent neighborhood of maple grove as the thecowboy theme should be advertised a little more as a rodeo of disrespect and poor service coupled with lack of intelligent management skills.
